These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of College Executive Function (“CEF” or “the App”), published by Borinquen Terrier LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CEF helps students organize academic deadlines, calendar events, and study plans by extracting information from syllabi and other documents you provide, and optionally syncing generated events to your Google Calendar.

AI-Generated Content

CEF uses artificial intelligence (including third-party models such as Google’s Gemini) to extract, generate, and organize academic deadlines, calendar events, and study plans from documents and calendars you provide. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.

You are solely responsible for verifying all dates, deadlines, and academic requirements against your official course syllabus, institution, and instructors before relying on them. Borinquen Terrier LLC provides the App “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all liability for missed deadlines, academic consequences, or other damages arising from reliance on AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

Your Account and Content

You are responsible for the documents and content you import into the App, and for any Gemini API key or Google account you connect to it. You must have the right to use any document you upload. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is accessed and stored.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Borinquen Terrier LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
